Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 30phjoy Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
30phjoy conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any other time 30phjoy deems necessary.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where warranted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 30phjoy login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your 30phjoy account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 30phjoy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 30phjoy support immediately via live chat or email. 30phjoy will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation.
30phjoy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 30phjoy that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All deposits and transactions on the 30phjoy Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
Credit card deposits are not accepted for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine financial regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted or processed.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction within your 30phjoy account dashboard. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30phjoy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
30phjoy does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 30phjoy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 30phjoy's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 30phjoy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
30phjoy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account with 30phjoy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

In the event of any dispute between you and 30phjoy, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 30phjoy will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, 30phjoy's decision — supported by server-side game logs and the independent certification of the relevant game provider — shall be final and binding.
